I have been a fan since I received my first system. I upgraded to the AQ-5300 last month. I am happy with everything except the quality of the faucet. It looks very pretty, but I feel the quality has diminished.The size of the base of the faucet is too small. It barely covers the hole in my countertop that the prior faucet fit beautifully. The metal ring that covers the hole in the countertop is so thin that it almost got damaged when trying to tighten from underneath. Cannot get the faucet to not swivel slightly on the counter after installation. I have to readjust it every so often. The prior faucet has a larger base and was much sturdier and tight against the countertop and didn't move. Just very disappointed with the quality of it. I do love that it does not drip after turning off the water and also the stream seems a little more powerful.

We were tired of lugging 5 gallon water jugs to our water cooler system. This was exactly what we were looking for and we were able to install it ourselves with just a little plumbing knowledge. Just wish the water ran faster. Filling up a pitcher takes forever, but that is a minor problem for us.

I got tired of our Culligan RO running out of water, we drink a lot of water. Plus supposedly RO water removes all minerals and uses a lot of water in the filtering process; not so good in California's drought. first few days I thought the water had a weird taste on my tongue, sort of chemical taste when exhaling. this went away and the water tastes great now and doesn't run out. good purchase.
