We have used aquasna for a couple of weeks. We love it! We live In a city that has drinkable water most of the time( summer we have issues) but decided we were spending to much money on bottle water and the inconvenience of recycling all the bottles. This has been a great discussion. What we decided to do is buy a glass jar for cold water we keep in the fridge and we also keep 1 gallon jug for our pets filled and ready to go!

This is a great product however the installation screws and wall anchors were too small and would not hold the weight. The unit fell off the wall due to the extra weight. I had to buy larger screws and anchors and that fixed the problem.

The filter system functions perfectly removing the chlorine and mal odor in our drinking water. The only complaint I have is the quality of the faucet supplied with the filter system, it is cheap and the bottom escutcheon is not brushed nickel but polished.
