Faucet and filters work well - flow rate is awesome. Water tastes great. Price is reasonable. Had it installed by the guy who plumbed our new sink, so no opinion on installation ease.

We love the new filter! It provides great tasting water, and fills our bottles faster than other filter systems we’ve tried in the past (it is considerably better than Hydroviv). My only complaint, we’ll not complaint, is that I wish the water came out colder. I know this isn’t on Aquasana though. It would be interesting if it could be made colder somehow though! Lastly, make the filters recyclable or upcyclable, with an option to return used filters so that they can reused.

Really like the flow rate and it looks great. Only complaint so far is that it took awhile for the filters to clean out so they don’t add a chemical taste. It says 10 min to clean out, I think it was closer to 20. We’re in California so we tried to save the water for our garden as best we could but it was a little annoying.
Now we’re quite happy with it though & glad we made the purchase!

Installation was very straight forward, and the faucet works great. Water tastes fantastic, and is safe for our family’s consumption. Only reason this isn’t 5 stars is that I ordered the brushed nickel finish and had chrome delivered.

The system seems nice enough, I can definitely taste a difference in tap water verse filtered water, but the middle filter has been leaking since installed. Customer service was great helping me take care of it, however their remedy did not work so now I am waiting for a replacement to come in. I’m sure I’ll enjoy the filter and it’s a good product, I’m just disappointed with the filter issue from the start. The customer service is what gave the product a chance at redemption.

System works, but not without glitches

I’ve had this system for two years now. Can’t seem to keep it from leaking whenever I change out filters. I’m beside myself at this point wondering what to do next? Do I replace it with a whole new system or keep a bowl under my sink? Yes, I have worked with customer service and tried everything they may suggest. This definitely has not been plug-and-play.
Pros: Clean taste, Easy to install
Cons: Slow pour
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
