I just got the 3 step filtration system and couldn't be happier. Easy to install, easy to use. The only minor issue I have is that the faucet that comes with it quite ugly and not very user friendly. I hope they can improve on the design and functionality in the future.

Have been a customer for a few years. Installed the under the sink 3 stage filter and was fine until it failed and leaked 100's of gallons of water into the kitchen and through the floor into the basement. Was a total disaster. Woke up at midnight and heard a gushing sounds .. went down to the kitchen and was greeted by a flood ... spent the whole night pumping out the water. Lots of damage ... basement was 6" of water and ruined many things. Was installed by a professional worked fine for about 18 months....
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Loving our new source of delicious, crystal clear drinking water and the attractive mini-faucet that perfectly matches our kitchen decor. Installation was not as difficult as I feared, but I was concerned about the weak attachment of the water-in and water-out tube connections, which were very leaky at first. Some adjustment fixed that and there have been no leaks in the 3 weeks since. Very happy with my purchase.

Overall I am very pleased with my choice to purchase the 3 Stage Max Flow system. Order process very simple once I determined what system I needed, and the installation was just as easy. Probably took me 1 hour and I’m no plumber. I would have given the system 5 stars considering I am pleased, but I was expecting to have better water pressure. Everything seems correct, no bubbles or air in flow but it’s a slow flow of water. We use for drinking and to fill coffee pot, as well as cooking so just takes a little getting use to.
