The water runs a lot slower than the watts system

It was no fuss to install but I must say that the water doesn't taste very good, I am bit disapointed but at least I get the impression that the watter is clean and filtered.

I have always used filter and pitcher. Now with Aquasana under sink filter, I don't have the hassle of changed a pitcher filter every 3 months, chasging all over to find filters and constantly filling up a pitcher! Just a simple twist of the Aquasana faucet and I get good tasting filter water! So easy and convenient! I am so very pleased with this product and highly recommend it.

The 3 Stage filter system proved unfulfilling and a liability. The product leaked with our first attempt, and based on Aquasana's troubleshooting, we received a new filter holder to help. The issue was not resolved and it's clear this filter system does not ensure long term use and leak-free operation. Concerned we would end up with a flooded apartment so returned the whole unit.
Cons: Difficult to install, Not durable

This is a solid and well reviewed product. You can feel the quality of the parts as you install, especially with my prior unit. The water flows better than my prior unit and tastes good. The NYT had stated this product eliminates the most contaminates, alouth in my town Manganese and Chromium 6 are a problem that no unit seems to address without going reverse osmosis. The install was very easy with one minor roadblock. The tubing was not long enough and I had to buy some refrigerator ice maker tube that matched up. For the price paid they should include an extra 8 to 12 inches of tubing. This was my reason for not giving four stars.

So far so good! The installation was very easy and all the parts needed were included. One thing worth mentioning to future purchasers is that the first time I turned the water on after installing the filters, the filters were leaking water, but after I removed them and put them back in they have not leaked since (I imagine it was either user error or jsut needed to get the water through first time around). The filter is a bit slow compared to straight from the tap but that is to be expected since it is filtering the water! I did get cloudy water once or twice in the first couple days but none since then. Having the dedicated faucet is great and this far exceeds the experience of having a counter top filter or a pitcher filter!!! I have only had it installed for a couple months so I can't speak to the life of the filter just yet.
