Good but leaks

Would rate 5 if it didn’t leak. Leaked when installed so spend a significant amount of time to position just right so doesn’t drip. 6 months later I changed the filter - now the filter leaks and either need to buy a new unit or figure out if there is a replacement piece availability’s (doesn’t look like it based on website)

Clogs up, doesn't work

Install went fairly quickly. Water tasted great! For one week... Then it clogged and hasn't worked since. I've tried several solutions based on the feedback from community. Apparently this is a fairly common issue. Unfortunately nothing has worked.
Cons: Slow pour, Not durable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Step 1: Turn off the main water supply underneath the sink. Step 2: Remove the sump from the manifold and reconnect. Step 3: Ensure that the connection points align correctly and turn the sump from the left to the right until it stops. Step 4: If the sump is not locked in the correct position, it can slow the flow of your system. This process should mitigate that issue. Step 5: Once re-threaded and re-attached, test by turning the water supply back on.

i wrote explaining i had no instructions. the expensive faucet filter i bought will not fit my counter as i'd have to drill a hole through the granite. it is unusable at this point. please cancel my auto-refills.

Known problem with leaking caps!

I loved the system until we had to replace the filters and learned about the o ring issue that causes leaks. Instead of fixing the problem or sending a new cap with filter replacement orders, I have to purchase a new cap plus pay for shipping. I liked the water but I would never recommend this system based on that problem.
Pros: Clean taste, Long lasting filter
Cons: Not durable

Other than the typical working around the existing plumbing, the actual filter installation was a breeze. All components supplied fit smoothly and leak free. You can always tell your water quality by its taste. Ours has no taste and that's the best.

For years I've gotten 5 gallon jugs for my water cooler for drinking water. When my cooler died recently, I decided to see if an under sink filter would be easier. I installed it myself, was really easy (I already had a hole in my granite, previous owners had an old filter system that I removed). Much easier! Water tastes great! Here are the only things I would point out. I was used to cold water for drinking out of my cooler, and the water out of this is not as cold (I'm not an ice person). I work around by keeping a glass carafe of the filtered water in my fridge which solves the problem. I got the Max Flow, and it's not the speediest flow, not sure what any flow less than the "Max" would be like. Finally, the brushed nickel is slightly shinier than my brushed nickel faucet...even went back to see if perhaps I had ordered the wrong one. I've gotten used to it. I don't miss the cost of the 5 gallon jugs, and I really don't miss lugging them around. This is a big win for me.

We have only used it for a few weeks, but so far the filter works great! It was easy to install. My only complaint so far is that it flows a touch slower than I would like, but it is really not that bad. I think the flow rate is better than waiting for a traditional pitcher-filter to finish filtering before pouring.
Used one of these at our previous home for maybe 5 or more years and believe it works well. Appreciate not having real cold water, as from the fridge. Installation isn't bad. Helps if you've worked under a sink before. Instructions are good. I'm not a professional plumber, but experienced DIY.
