After moving we bought another under sink. This time high flow. Well worth it. Plumbed for both the sink spigot and the fridge (ice tastes great!) We’ve had Aquasana for over five years now and it is strong value for our family.

Water taste good. Instalation was easy with all required hardware. Faucet itself is a bit on the cheap side and feels like it could break anytime.
Be very careful not to catch the very skinny spout with a dish or pot...
The metal sink cover that goes between the faucet base and sink is thin, sharp, cheap and barely....i mean just barely covers the hole it goes through in the sink. Alignment was a nightmare.
It definitely does not cover any old scratches...
Water taste great filtered through the Chinese made filters.

I have been an Aquasana customer for a number of years now. I recently decided to upgrade my under counter system from a simple two stage to a Max Flow 3 stage. The increase in flow was quite noticeable! After installation I noticed a slight leak coming from the connection between the cartridge and the receiver unit on two of the cartridges. I contacted customer service who advised me to shut off the waterflow immediately. She then stated she was sending out two new replacement parts for the filters. Upon receiving them I replaced the new filters into the receiver and the problem was solved!! The customer service was knowledgeable and excellent!! I look forward to many more years using the automated filter replacement program. It's the best reminder that it's time to replace the filters!!! :-)

I love this filter. My husband was installing it and got a phone call so I took over with my 10 year old. We got it done in about an hour including drilling the hole in the top of the sink. We read the instructions and also watched the video. I thought it was pretty easy. We monitored for leaks for a few days.
The water is excellent. We could actually SMELL a difference with our blind taste test. The aquasauna water tastes like nothing. I am very pleased with this system. The brushed nickel matched our existing sink well. I use the water for drinking, cooking, coffee etc.

So far this filter system has made my city water chlorine smell and taste disappear by about 95% so I am very pleased with the results , i do wish the the inlet and outlet line for the water would would have line the Indicates exactly how far you need to push in to prevent leaks otherwise is great

Product leaks over time

I've had this filter system for 4 years. The water quality is great. The problem is leakage of the cartridges and manifold. The cartridges that the filters insert into eventually burst. Definitely install a leak detector, otherwise you may wake up to a flooded home. I've replaced the cartridges and manifold, which has also leaked multiple times. The units are plastic, and fail over time
Pros: Clean taste, Easy to install
Cons: Not durable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
