After a few years of having the counter pitcher, it started leaking. We were so disappointed after convincing my husband that drinking cleaner water was better. We all had the regular pitcher with gravity fed filters and could tell there was such a difference between those and the aquasana. My husband finally started enjoying drinking water, which was important to me because he had a heart attack and I was trying to get him to take better care of himself.

This is a really great water filtration system. It was really easy to install with just basic tools. I would recommend it to anyone.

Very slow to have water in a glass

Okay, installation was okay, the flow is too slow, space is fine

We apologize you were not completely satisfied with our 2-Stage Under Counter system. The system is rated at 0.5 gpm. Please keep in mind, you are pushing water through a carbon filter to strip the contaminants. To ensure this process is successful, you will experience a slower flow over your regular water flow. In addition, the smaller faucet does not have the same pressure your regular faucet does.
If the flow of water is slower than 0.5 gpm please call our office at 866.662.6885 so that we may troubleshoot and resolve the issue for you.

Happy with our Aquasana

We are really happy with our new Filter system. It was fairly easy to install as long as you don't forget to pull the little tabs when your done. We thought the filter was faulty for several days, until my husband figured it out, he had pulled one of them out and forgotten the other one. Once that was done, we saw noticeable results right away. Living in an area where water quality isn't great, I feel so much better knowing we are protected with clean safe water.
Pros: No odor, Clean taste, Long lasting filter, Nice faucet
