Great Product - Great Price

I was always complaining that "I hate water!" until this filter was installed. It has completely changed my mind about drinking water. I love drinking water now and my body is responding positively to the increased fluids. The product was relatively easy to install, is environmentally conscious and looks great!
Pros: No odor, Clean taste, Good Water Flow, Nice faucet, Easy to install

Clear and tasty water!

I had my super install and he said that it was easy work. He liked it so much that he is planning to purchase one! I think NYC water is fantastic but this filter adds an extra boost of clean. I love it!

Just another water filter

This system is just another water filter. The faucet is a bust. The nozzle is too straight down, not allowing you to set a container in the sink to fill. You have to hold everything to fill. Also the new filters do not include new O-rings. Eventually they will start leaking. The water flow is terrible. Take forever to fill a glass or container. The plastic tubing concerns me that it will eventually fail or leak.
Cons: Slow pour, Filters need replacing too often, Difficult to install, Not durable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Second time cartridge sump busted

2nd time a cartridge sump busted. Much water damage. No reply from Aquasana, like before. Had just received replacement cartridges a few days before. Filter warning light did not come on. BEWARE AQUASANA
Pros: Clean taste
Cons: Slow pour
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I absolutely love Aquasana. Great product! Easiest Install. Great tasting water. It was the water pressure flow that sold me on Aquasana. I had an under the sink water filter before, but it was dreadfully SLOW. I just couldn't take it anymore. The Aquasana pours out like a water socket should, and I'm so happy now. They have great customer service, too!
