good water but not durable- breaks after a few mon

The unit clogged regularly. I purchased 3 units and every time it clogged after a few months. Water backs up in the system and does not filter through. The water tastes really great so the filter is excellent but the problem is that it doesn't last long. I did get a free unit after purchasing three of them and hoping this one lasts longer.
Pros: Clean taste
Cons: Not durable

Effective an designed well

It is not a new machine. I’ve had it for many years and still think it is a great water filter. I got on line today because it was starting and stopping and I couldn’t get a full pitcher. My dilemma was answered in the question section and it is working like a trooper again. I love the slim design because it fits so well on the counter top next to the refrigerator. I filter the water that is filtered already through the refrigerator and feel like I am getting a really good tasting glass of water. I also make my ice in a portable ice maker and there is never any “stuff” at the bottom of the glass from ice melt. I am a happy customer.
Pros: Easy to clean, No odor, Clean taste, Long lasting filter, Good Water Flow

Much better water to be sure

After getting the pitcher properly seated to stop some leakage, this system works very reliably and the quality of the water is noticeably better. I was not expecting the noise the unit makes while dispensing, which is my only real complaint I have.
Pros: No odor, Clean taste, Good Water Flow, Durable

Stuff floating in the water

It definitely makes the water taste better, but it does now have things floating in my water.

Long term use of Aquasana pitcher

I’ve owned the pitcher fir 3+ years now. When I first purchased it, the water tasted great no problems. After about a year the red light started lighting about every month (I drink 1 gallon of water per day). The red light doesn’t seem to work anymore. In addition, the filters do not last 320 gallons after your first replacement. I can tell when the filter needs to be replaced cause the unit starts leaking. Currently I’m replacing the filter every month. I really wanted to love this product but it’s becoming more of a hassle and expense to keep.

Cons: Filters need replacing too often, Not durable

Loud, stopped working after a year of owning

This filter worked well enough for us at first, despite being annoyingly loud when it filters the water. However about 13 months after purchase (conveniently after the warranty ended) the unit stopped working consistently. Sometimes you put the pitcher on and nothing happens, other times it starts to filter the water and then just stops. Replacing the filter cartridge hasn't helped. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to it. Overall we have been dissatisfied with the experience. The under sink unit filters more easily and conveniently without having to constantly refill and go through the loud force filtration process.

Love the filter...but!

I live the filter but the app stopped working
I have the filter for over a year but in the past few weeks I noticed that the app still said 95% remaining and then earlier today it said 97%. Going the wrong way . Please fix the app

Great filter, poor design

I purchased this from your site about a month or 2 ago. Yesterday I refilled the pitcher and placed back on the base. The blue light flashed and the pump pulsed with the flashing blue light which means it is not functioning correctly. I replaced the filter and reset the filter button on the top of the machine. Then I put the pitcher back on the base and still pulsing blue and motor pulsing which means the issue is still present. Prior to this issue, the top leaks and the bottom leaks as well. Not sure if that is an issue. Also, does not seem as though the pitcher matches the base properly.

Cons: Slow pour, Not durable
