Best pitcher on the market!

I did a lot of research before purchasing this power filtered pitcher and it paid off. Great tasting water, fast filtration, and easy to change filters! It makes coffee taste sooo much better! I also use it for cooking, hand washing delicates and of course my fur baby. Love everything about it! I also can't live without the shower filter either.
Pros: Easy to clean, No odor, Clean taste, Durable, Easy to install
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great while it lasted but broke after 3 months

This product was great while it lasted. Not too noisy, my toddler loved the blue light, and the water tasted great. I didn't get around to unpacking the machine for about a month after we purchased it so the warranty was unfortunately up by the time it broke: after about three months, I had to exchange the filter and the light never went back to blue but remained purple. In other words, the machine stopped functioning. Not a great value.
Pros: Clean taste, Good Water Flow, Easy to install
Cons: Filters need replacing too often, Not durable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My Parents Swear By It

Bought this as a gift for my parents who complained about the taste of their tap water. We purchased an Aquasana under-counter system five years ago that has been working great for us, so we returned here to see if we could solve their problem. My parents didn't want anything built into their sink and they didn't want an unsightly faucet attachment, so we decided to try this as a Christmas gift. They absolutely love it and use it daily. Five months in now with no issues.
Pros: Clean taste, Easy to install
I would recommend this to a friend!

aquasana clean machine

The filter is top notch for removing PFAS as their testing shows which is the reason it was purchased. I have used it for a year consecutively and it now doesn't work. The past two weeks it started to get louder when filtering, which if you have one you know is already a loud operation. Water started to intermittently leak out of the filter housing for at least the last month but it wasn't a huge issue with a towel under it plus it would take some of the vibration from filtering water. This weekend the led indicator turned to a pink color and will not reset or operate at all. I have tried to use the online support through their website which was unresponsive.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Can’t live without this!

We’ve had our Aquasana countertop dispenser for 5+ years and couldn’t be without it. Yes, it’s noisy, but so what? I know it’s working! Yes, we’ve had a few leaks over the years, but that’s user error. It needs to be seated properly. It sits right next to our sink for easy filling. We use the water for everything; Keurig coffee; cooking and drinking. It’s the only water filtering system that gets rid of that horrible chlorine taste and we get a lot of that here in Myrtle Beach, especially in the summer! Just think of the thousands of water bottles we’ve eliminated in the landfill! Don’t hesitate to try it. If you have a problem, the company will help. It’s safe, convenient and provides great tasting water. For the price, it’s the best, more economical way to eliminate those disgusting plastic water bottles.

Best Investment yet

Such a great investment for ease, set up and results. There is a HUGE noticeable difference in taste and smell from my old Nyc apartment pipes than using a brita alone. I only wish they would not have changed the carafe's handle from a sleek white to a chunky bright blue color, after I had to order a ( very affordable!) replacement for mine after it being cracked due to clumsy mishandling over a couple of years with rowdy kids and guests. The all white carafe looked SO MUCH better, modern, sleek and complimented my other counter-top appliances. The old handle was easy to clean and never discolored, so not sure why the change- but not a very good one. Would I buy again despite aesthetic flaw- YES!!!

Leaks from everywhere

I have been using Aquasana for years and recommend the filters and systems to family and friends, however, this product is severely flawed. It leaks from the top of the system--both the case where the filter is located and at the faucet in front--at the bottom where the water is filtered, AND at the very bottom of the filter itself. The design is just completely wrong in every way.
The pitcher itself is also NOT 1 gallon as the description notes (that's only for the dispenser type) and one has to be careful if it's filled to the top because there is no covering on the spout and it will spill if not picked up perfectly level.
Don't buy until they address these multiple concerns.
Pros: No odor, Clean taste
Cons: Not durable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fantastic Product!!!

I’ve read the pros and cons reviews and I want to tell you read the pros. I have had my unit which came with the dispenser unit and refrigerator pitcher for over 9 years!!! We have the worse public water around. I can not drink what comes out of my faucet but use my Aquasana machine daily for everyday drinking and use it in my coffee machine. (My coffee machine requires filtered water). We have experienced recently (after 9 years) leaking from the base but a quick fix was all that was needed. With the over use of taking it out to refill with water the o ring on the dispenser had become jammed into the underside. All we did was inspect the o ring found it to still be okay and just put it back on and no more leaks!!! I would suggest to anyone having leaks from the base to check that o ring and if needed just replace.
Pros: Clean taste
