We LOVE our Aquasana Clean Water Machine. It's easy, and the water is wonderful! We use the daylights out of it. The filter lasts longer than most. We process a LOT of water with our filter. Plus, the Company is sooo Customer Friendly!!!!!!!! The Best!
Pros: Easy to clean, No odor, Clean taste, Long lasting filter, Good Water Flow, Durable, Nice faucet, Easy to install

The Aquasana arrived in great time. It's a nice looking product and was very easy to get it going. It does take the chlorine smell from our township water supply. However, the water does not taste fresh to me. I can't drink the water and it makes a terrible cup of tea.
Pros: No odor, Durable, Easy to install

I really like this system. It is so much faster than my slow drip gravity pitcher. The quality of the water is very good. I refuse to buy and haul in bottled water. The money that adds up to buying bottled water can be used to buy one these systems and you will still have a substantial savings for the year.

Great filtration; but leaky

Great taste and filtration. Water tastes much better. But would be even better if you could filter out trace arsenic too along with the huge long list of other contaminants. This is 2nd product I bought. The clean water machine is terrific.
Pros: No odor, Clean taste, Long lasting filter, Easy to install
Cons: Not durable

I have been using the system for several years. Have always been very pleased and happy. But, just got a new unit and it came with only the Dispenser with Lid. After I put in and went though the system, put in the fridge and it does not taste as good as before and the water is not cold. I am not pleased at all this dispenser.
Pros: Easy to clean, No odor, Long lasting filter, Good Water Flow, Easy to install
Cons: Not durable

Great if it didn’t leak!

I really like the clean water machine. The water it filters tastes great and I love that I can have readily filtered water on demand. HOWEVER within a couple weeks of purchasing, it started to leak from the base of the reservoir. I had read about this on a few reviews so I always use a pitcher to fill it to avoid having to remove it from the base. Unfortunately despite taking this precaution, it still leaks and is getting worse. Since it’s a new machine I don’t think it’s a problem with the o ring. I’ve checked it and it’s on correctly. I bought a long oval planter saucer and placed the machine in it to contain the water but have to empty it frequently. I emailed Customer Service and am hoping they can help me with this issue.

Good taste + customer service, but SO LOUD + LEAKY

Had the faucet system for a while and that worked well however when I moved and needed a counter top system it was a disaster. I replaced the model 3 times meaning I owned four models and each one leaked to the point where I was wiping up a flood multiple times per day. And it was extremely loud, that in itself is enough reason to be wary. Customer Service was helpful but no amount of calling fixed a faulty product. It's too bad because the filtration itself is the best out there, they just need to build a better pitcher and countertop option!

Cons: Not durable
