Very pleased with my Aquasana Clean Water Machine

It is a bit loud and at first it scared the cat, but we have both adjusted. The water tastes great and I like knowing that I am not drinking all the nasties found in our local water. My only issue is that it is hard to open and close the filter compartment.
Pros: Easy to clean, Clean taste, Long lasting filter, Good Water Flow

Thank you for your feedback. Our apologies the frightened your cat! You are correct that the system does produce some noise. Because our system filters such a large amount of water faster than any other water filtration pitcher on the market, it does require a more powerful motor.

Clean water, but noisy machine ...

Water out of this filter is super clean. But the machine is noisy enough to wake up people at night. Also, the filter started leaking within one year of use. Was good till it lasted. Would have given 5 stars if it lasted more than it did for me.
Pros: Easy to clean, No odor, Clean taste, Good Water Flow, Easy to install
Cons: Not durable

I am on my second machine with dispenser. It has the same problems as the previous and the only "solution" was to be sent another. Pink light randomly lit up not covered by manual. I know how to troubleshoot the leaking (O ring and dispenser contact to machine) but now this one is leaking from the bottom of the actual machine. After every button depress water just starts pooling under the machine. There's so much I completely soaked a kitchen towel I put underneath for the leaking. Maybe this isn't the right place, but my water for life autoship was later than needed and now I have to supplement from the store because the filter light is already red two weeks before next filter shipment. Already called about it but this situation should not be happening. Sorely disappointed.
Pros: Clean taste, Easy to install
Cons: Filters need replacing too often, Not durable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
