Leaks everywhere

It leaks from the filter compartment. And it flashes blue every hour, bad option if you plan to have it in you bedroom
Pros: Clean taste

Leaks like a sieve

This unit works great, AT FIRST. The first time the filter gets changed though you will have a leakage problem. We have to keep a towel under the unit at all times and can't even use the pitcher on the unit because so much water leaks during the filtration process. I can't believe there hasn't been any recalls on this product with all the problems it has. I suppose when someone gets a good shock of electricity or a fire starts from all the water leakage then maybe something will get changed. Wouldn't take much to fix the problem and replace all the bad ones already sold

Does nothing to remove desolved solids

I bought two Clean Water Machines, one with a pitcher and another dispenser. I was pretty excited as they're both very handy. So that's the extent of the positives. When I measured total desolved solids, the reason I bought them, they don't do a thing. My water is pretty hard, TDS is 200-206 depending on the day. After filtering through these Clean Water Machines TDS drops to 196, almost no filtration at all. On top of that, these are very noisy. Looks like I threw my money away!
Cons: Filters need replacing too often

I own two Clean Water Machines and they've worked really well. However, I'm reading other reviews that found fault with two aspects of the machines: noise & leakage. I can provide some insight and tips that address these issues. First, these machines are not Quiet. Understand that they provide excellent filtration by FORCING water under high pressure through extremely dense filter material; that generates some racket. The payoff is that while many competitors' models filter perhaps a dozen or so contaminants,
Aquasana's remove almost 80. Some noise is a worthwhile tradeoff in my opinion. Re the under reservoir leakage issue: an easy workaround is to simply remove the cover and refill the reservoir with a pitcher, leaving the reservoir in place.

Liked filtration but leaks everywhere

I used to love this product until it constantly leaks the entire pitcher of water all over my counter when it filters. There's barely anything left in the pitcher each time and I'm left cleaning up a mess! For the price of this product this is ridiculous and not to mention it is likely bacteria is growing in the base unit which defeats the purpose of purchasing this. Would not recommend.

The best tasting water i have ever had and it's easy to use

Leaks out the bottom

I have had this for a little over a yr. the water filter machine is constantly leaking from the bottom all over my counter . For the price this shouldn't happen

great way to filter tap water

Purchased six month ago and happy with it. It is little loud when filtering water, but thats the trade off for quick filtered water instead of those cheaper slow pitcher type water filtration units. No issues with any leaking , as a few other have claimed. Noticed that if you don't properly attach pitcher to unit , it will leak a little. Great tasting water. No after-taste. No odors. Great buy. Was a waste in past years to have those slow pitcher units before switching to Aquasana. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
