The installation was easy, the water tastes delicious and although a bit long it is very slim and does not take a lot of counter space. Very good quality. I am very impressed!

This is a small and nice over the counter filter, it however does have two problems
1) the website says that this is 1 gallon, it is not! It is 1/2 gallon. Apparently when you look deep inside the manual you can find that.
2 it leaks water at the counter. That is a big bummer.

I first bought Aquasana Clean Water Machine back in 2018 and realy liked until 2 years later it started leaking badly from the buttom part making it impossible to use. Unfortunetly it had limited waranty and had to buy a new one in November 2020. It's been a little bit over a month since I started using a brand new clean water machine and it's already leaking badly. Also every time I try to filter water the machine wouldn't stop filtering when it's supposed to, it just doesn't shut off on its own. I have to unplug it every time I need to turn it off.
Pros: Clean taste, Easy to install
Cons: Not durable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the concept, water tastes great. It leaks...Sad, as we love this! This is our 2nd one and it also leaks. Aquasana has a good thing here, just needs a little more tweaking to stop the leaks

Have 2 units and the unit that has a water dispenser constantly leaks from base.

disappointing in the results

I was excited to get the on the counter pitcher. Hoping to take the water this made to our testing lab before purchasing a full house filter system. I was disappointed when I got a call from the lab that my water failed and it was a health risk.
Showed chloroform even after using this system.

Broke in one (1) Week!!

I just started using the unit ONE week ago. This morning I woke up to a flooded counter because the pump hose became unattached INSIDE the unit. This is a poorly constructed unit and I will NEVER buy it again. SHAME on me.
Cons: Not durable

this is the worst product I have ever purchased. the filters count months not the amount of water actually used projection are for a family of four and approximate time of 3 months so if you do not conform to that estimate there is no way but to count on a piece of paper each time you use it either in gallons or liters. it is an ergonomic disaster to refill hard to pour into top and requires a finger on dispenser not settings to automatically fill for either amounts.
Cons: Slow pour
