We have only had this microwave for about a month, but "so far/so good". It is the perfect size for the space on our counter, is very quiet and we love the reheat button that utilizes the sensor. Items are heated all the way through but nothing has been dried out. Would give it 5 stars except that the print on the buttons is pretty small, so if the lighting is not bright, it can be difficult to read. Despite this, we would certainly recommend this microwave

This is the one! Very quiet with loud beeps when attention needed. Instructions right inside front door. Magically reheats food plate to just the right temperature. Frozen veges will cook on their own, no water needed. No more cold/overdone spots due to Inversion technology. Sturdy. Smaller and more energy efficient than our last. Controls easy to operate.
