This microwave is very quite and works perfectly, I love it. I'm so glad my old one broke because this one blows it away. It was a little more $ than some of the others ones out there, but it's worth every penny as it cooks so evenly, it's a pleasure to use. Look no further, it doesn't get any better than this!

Was pleased with over-all order process. The only negative was the way the carton was left at my front door. A) The delivery person should have rang our door bell and waited for a signature. B) The carton showed arrows for how to lay the carton...the idiot delivery person totally ignored such placing it wrong on our stoop.

This replaced another unit by Cuisinart that was garbage. Old unit was unbelievably noisy. I reluctantly tried Cuisinart again and found the newer unit quite nice.

Great purchase! This microwave replaced a 20 year old Kenmore model. This one is so much quieter and cooks more evenly. The size is also better for the countertop in our kitchen.
