Excellent Product and Customer Service

The "Beers of the World" fridge is a wonderful addition to my "man cave" and holds plenty of beer (cans, bottles, and tall boys) to keep me and my buddies hydrated during long games. The shelf heights are all customizable and you can organize them to fit all can or bottle types. The fridge is very well-made and looks fantastic in any setting. There's a small light inside the fridge to illuminate your beverages through the front glass. Overall, I would certainly recommend this product. Beyond the product, their customer service has been extremely easy to work with. I was unfortunate to experience an uncommon issue with one of the cooling components on my fridge and NewAir responded quickly to provide some simple troubleshooting steps and then took the appropriate steps to solve the problem quickly. To me, service of a product is just as important as the product itself.

Loving my Beer Fridge

This Beer fridge is beautiful and amazing for keeping all of our drinks perfectly chilled. We love it and it's an amazing conversation piece. I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

Great customer service

Great looking fridge. Even better customer service. I began having issues with the cooler from day one and was unhappy with it not keeping beverages anywhere near where it should. I called Newair customer service and rep was very helpful to get replacement. Based on customer reviews, I am sure you replacement will be fine.

Very good product and Exelent customer service

Very good looking fridge to have in your family room! I used it to store beers, sodas and juices inside my family room so I don't have to travel to my kitchen and have all drinks handy whenever I have visitors or just with my family.

I would recommend this to a friend!

The refrigerator is perfect for what we needed. The glass door is great for seeing selection inside. It fits well in the space we have it.

Looks nice, but needs work.

The unit I received seemed to have shelves that don't slot in the slots properly so one side ends up sagging. There is only one manually switched LED at the top of the fridge that is only really useful if you don't fill this fridge up. The dial for coldness setting is from 1-7, and seems very arbitrary. Meaning drinks are cold I guess? Not like in my full size fridge. Finally regarding the shelves and warranty, I sent a warranty claim cause this didn't seem right. So rather than outright just send me new shelves free of cost, they are forcing me to write a review to 'waive' the delivery cost of $11. Needless to say, I don't plan on coming back to this company for new or replacement fridges.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Customer Service and Perfect Beer Fridge!

I've purchased 3 of these units for ourselves and each of our 2 sons. We love the product for our garage beer fridges. Great conversation piece as well. One fridge needed replacement because of a defect and the customer support team quickly replaced the unit at no added cost to us, much to our surprise! Appreciative of the customer service staffs assistance. Would recommend this company and product to all of our friends!
