Excellent Stainless Steel Cookware

I have been using the Calphalon Signature Stainless Steel 10 piece Cookware Set regularly for a few weeks now. It's wonderful! My first impressions as I unboxed the set was how sturdy each pan felt. There's a little bit of heft to each one. I love the modern design and color. It looks and feels like professional kitchen cookware.
The pans included in this set are the ones I would pick if I could create a custom Cookware Set. It's got everything that I like to use when I cook dinners for my family. The sizes of the saucepans are perfect for my needs. I would love to eventually add another set of these same two saucepans to my collection because they are so useful. The 8 quart stock pot is a useful size. Not too small, not too big.
I use the bigger of the two frying pans at least once a day. It's perfect for making scrambled eggs and so many other things we like to eat regularly. I am especially happy that these pots and pans wash clean so easily. They are dishwasher safe, but I prefer to hand wash my pots and pans.
I really like that the handles of the pans are specially made so they do not get hot while you are cooking on the stove top. The handles stay cool to the touch. That is a nice feature of this set. I don't have to worry about myself or my children grabbing a hot handle and getting burned.
Another great feature of the set are the see through glass lids. I like being able to see my food cooking without having to lift off the lid. These pans are also oven safe!
I'm really pleased I have had such success cooking with stainless steel pans. They heat and cook evenly on my gas stove, and I have not had anything burn or stick on them.
I honestly feel like this Cookware Set will last me forever. It definitely looks and feels durable. Plus, Calphalon has a lifetime warranty so I'm not worried.
I think this set would make a wonderful gift for newlyweds or anyone looking to replace their current cookware with an excellent high quality stainless steel cookware set. I received this set for free in exchange for my honest review and opinion. I would definitely recommend the Calphalon Signature Stainless Steel Cookware Set to anyone. I love mine!

High quality set

I had the recent good fortune of receiving the Calphalon Signature Stainless Steel 10-pc cookware set to evaluate. While I received this product for free, the opinions and thoughts included in this review are my own. My first observation out of the box was just how heavy these pots and pans are: 5 layers of metal give them a substantial heft that gave me an immediate sense of their quality and durability. The brushed stainless steel finish is sleek and modern, so they also look great in my kitchen, too. But of course, the most important factor is how well they hold up during cooking, and I'm pleased to report they perform very well. We have an electric cook-top, and these pans have not scratched the surface, and I love that they are also oven-proof. The handles stay cool when used on the stovetop, which I hadn't expected given they are metal. My favorite feature however may just be the tempered glass lids. No more lifting the lid to peek on progress and letting steam escape! Or worse, burning rice because you couldn't see the water had cooked away. I'd happy to say I've not burned anything cooked in these pans yet. The pans themselves also look as new as they did a month ago, and they are backed by Calphalon’s lifetime guarantee, which gives me comfort that I’ll have these for decades. The set comes with an 8-in. Omelette Pan, 10-in. Omelette Pan, 2-qt. Sauce Pan with cover, 3-qt. Sauce Pan with cover, 3-qt. Sauté Pan with cover, and 8-qt. Stock Pot with Cover. I use at least 2-3 of these every day, and have retired my prior pots and pans in favor of this high-quality set. I would highly recommend as the foundation to any kitchen.

This cookware set has really made me step up my game in the kitchen. The pieces are incredibly sturdy feeling, handles aren't hot when the pans are cooking, and the sizes are just what I need.
I love having two different sized omelette Pan pans - and use the small one for my toddler's eggs each morning, and I use the bigger one every other day. The pans are a great size for sauces, pastas, and so much more. The big pot has been used for cooking some of my favorite winter soups and chicken stock. I really like how big it is, without it being ginormous. I can fit all of the chicken pieces into it when I make my stock.
The glass lids are incredibly useful, and allow me to see how well my food is cooking, and I also have used some of these pieces INSIDE my oven - which has brought my meals to an entirely different level.
I feel like this set is something that anyone can use, whether a novice in the kitchen like myself, or a seasoned cook. It looks gorgeous, and I love how easy clean up is with this cookware set -- they are even dishwasher safe! What makes it even better is that this set is backed by a lifetime warranty!

I received this fantastic set to review and my unbiased opinion is do not hesitate to add this superior set into your kitchen! It will be your essential go-to tools for every meal. I cook often, both elaborate and simple meals and this set has everything going for it - design, form, function, versatility, durability. It is a well-rounded set that will take you from breakfast to dinner with ease and deliver exceptional results.
These pots and pans are designed beautifully and their performance far surpasses any set I’ve owned previously. They provide ease of cooking, even heating and food cooks without requiring constant attention and adjustment of temperature. Clean up is uncomplicated and painless by hand wash or in the dishwasher.
Overall, my experience with this set has been extremely positive and enhanced my time in the kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We haven't had a chance to use this yet but did take it out of the box to look at it. It is a very nice set with help handles. It is for our daughter and I am sure she will get years of good use out of it. It looks so impressive like a decoration for the kitchen :)
