Great product! Perfect starter set!

I bought this set over a year ago to use in my apartment. It is a great starter set and has the basics every cook needs. Has held up nicely over the year and has helped ,e to cook some delicious meals.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We are truly sorry to hear that our Calphalon Classic™ Stainless Steel 10-Piece Cookware Set failed to meet your expectations, but we really appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention. Please be informed that stainless steel is not nonstick, and food will tend to stick to it. Calphalon cookware is very heat-efficient; using high heat will quickly cause food to stick and burn. The cookware will release the food if used correctly. First, any food that has been refrigerated needs to be taken out at least 5 -10 minutes prior to cooking to allow food to warm slightly. Placing cold food in a hot pan will cause it to stick. After the food has warmed slightly, preheat the pan for about a minute to a minute and a half, or until the pan is hot. Once it is hot, lightly coat the pan with butter or oil, and let that heat for a few seconds to one minute. Once the oil reaches the proper temperature, place the food in the pan. Since the pans are stainless steel, we recommend using metal utensils. To restore the shine to the stainless steel, you may also use Bar Keeper’s Friend® cleanser (or other polish made especially for stainless steel) and a non-abrasive sponge or soft-bristle brush. If none of this helps and if you feel that your cookware is defective, we'd like to kindly request for you to file a warranty. Got these about 2 weeks ago. Seasoned them, and have used often. They are heavy, durable, and an all around great set of stainless cookware. I'm a single guy, that doesn't need to cook a huge amount of food, but I would recommend these indeed!! You must be familiar with using stainless however. It is a different, but better way to cook, in my opinion.

I will never buy Calphalon again. Two days ago I received this set and already they are stained.

Love this set, it's Beautiful! Perfect weight, not to heavy not to light and the quality is above and beyond! The extra features are priceless from the etched fill lines and lids with straining holes to the pour spouts this set is perfect for any cook! Absolutely nothing sticks, even eggs slide right out of the pan. If you follow the instructions in the use and care guide you will not be disapointed. It's better than non stick! Absolutely love my Calphalon Classic Stainless Steel Cookware Set!

I would give this set zero stars if I could. I’m not exaggerating when I say I bought this set YESTERDAY, used it once this morning for one pancake (after washing and oiling as instructed) and there is already brown staining on the skillet. Now to figure out if I can return for a full refund...

I was so excited to get these so ignored the bad reviews, I shouldn’t have. They stained with one use!!! I understand they can stain but I couldn’t believe how quickly. Also they stick a ton! Super bummed out.
