Stains easily even when using cooking oil or butter. And not easy to clean it off so after a single use on a couple of the pans, they already have “staining”. Yes, I looked up how to clean these, in the event they were different from any other stainless steel pans. Slightly frustrated, given these aren’t cheap pans.

Great set but…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My set was a gift and i absolutely love using them. The only problem is the pans. Everything sticks to them and you literally have to scrub so hard to get stuff off, then it stains. As it was a gift I am very grateful though.

My husband and I upgraded to this set from our hodgepodge of cookware and we love it. Cooking with stainless steel does require a little bit more forethought. Letting the food come to room temperature and using metal cooking utensils(and of course a little bit of the cooking oil of your choice) is recommended to keep the food from burning and sticking to the surface. The only food we've gotten "stuck" is cheese,and it came off very easily after putting a little water in the pan,heating it up,and scraping a little with a metal spatula. I highly recommend this set to anyone who has the time and patience to let their food come to room temp before cooking.
