The stainless pans immediately stained after the first use. No amount of dishwashing or handwashing fixes it. Very disappointing for an expected high quality company.

Hi MPJ13! We appreciate you sharing your concern with our cookware. We're sorry to hear about the discoloration on your pan that you've had with the product. Such discoloration may also take place if the cookware is exposed to higher temperatures. As long as the cookware has not been overheated, this rainbow-like discoloration should be easy to remove.
(1) Baking Soda, Vinegar, and Dish Soap Solution
Mix baking soda and dish soap
Scrub the paste on the stainless steel pan
Cover the pan with the solution using a kitchen towel
Soak the kitchen towel with vinegar
Let it sit for 15–30 minutes
Then rinse Properly.
(2) Use a Barkeeper's Friend cleanser and a soft, nonabrasive sponge.
(3) To remove the browning
Add three teaspoons of soda, pour hot water, and cook it for about 15 minutes.
Baking soda should dissolve the burnt rests and enable to remove them quickly.
For better results, you can also add three teaspoons of vinegar to the mixture of water and baking soda, and cook it for about 15 minutes and to avoid sticking you can use an ample amount of butter or oil.

i can't believe that Calphalon would even put their name on these pots and pans. Dollar Tree probably has better. We used 2, they would come clean, weird spots appeared. I cleaned one pot 3 times and it still didn't come clean. The sides got so hot, if something splash on it, it would immediately burn! I would give it a -5 if I could!

If you are looking for non-stick cookware, these are not the ones. Everything I have cooked on these pots and pans has stuck to them. Unfortunately, I am going to have to toss them and start looking for a good set of nonstick cookware. I was really hoping these were the ones because they came at a good price.

I was so excited to get this for Christmas! After cooking, I’m very frustrated with how hard it is to clean and I’ve followed all steps for care that is recommended. My parents have the black non stick and those are much better!

Not worth it

Bought this set less than 3 months ago and have tried everything to keep things from sticking to the pan and the stainless steel has turned a brownish color. Absolutely impossible to cook things on. Very disappointed in this product.

Stainless steel requires butter or oil to prevent the food from sticking to the pan. Preheating the cookware and using the correct temperature setting is also a factor in food not sticking, and turning out properly. Please make sure to preheat the pan using the setting you intend to use when cooking before adding butter or oil. We recommend not using aerosol cooking sprays, as they contain a chemical propellant that is difficult to remove. Instead, use an oil mister with olive or vegetable oil, or dab a bit of oil on a paper towel and carefully wipe the interior of the pan.
