This 4.5 qt pot is the perfect size for in-between cooking; large enough to cook a smaller amount of pasta without boiling over and big enough to cook extra servings of rice when company comes. The extra .5 versus a standard 4 qt makes a surprising difference! It is great for a couple with no children at home as well as busy parents/grandparents who need to feed kids first. It stores easily and is well made. The size transitions with you throughout a lifetime. I bought this pot five-ish years ago after our boys were grown. I bought another for our second home because it has become the one pot I can’t be without. One of our sons with three children used the pot while staying in our second home. He raved about the pot and used it daily. Guess what he got for Christmas?

I’ve used non-stick cookware before but nothing compares to this cookware. I can actually cook without any kind of fat if I want, unless I use it for flavor. Easy cleanup is a big plus. I haven’t put anything in the dishwasher since it is so easy to clean with a dish towel in hot soapy water. I’m so glad I found this set to replace my 15-year-old hard anodized Calphalon set. (After so long some pieces were showing pitting and the bottoms had warped.)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this set approximately 2.5 years ago and am still very happy with my purchase. I use the sauté skillet the most and it has held up pretty well, I would give 5 stars but I do see a little loss of the interior coating. The pans conduct heat very well and I absolutely love the fact they are space saving and do not take up much room to store.
