Great Induction Range

Cooking with induction is different than with gas or electric. There is a learning curve. I have been using my stove for three weeks now, and I am becoming comfortable with it. Here are three responses which I absolutely love about the stove. It heats fast! When you turn it down it responds immediately. This allows vegetable dishes and sauces to simmer beautifully. The top is easy to clean because it does not burn on spilled food. I bought a griddle and it works well with the bridge. The oven cooks well, but it is disappointingly slow to preheat. I have not used the warming drawer or the warming element on top of the range. Overall, I love this stove and I am very glad that I decided to give induction cooking a try!

Love the induction

So far I am impressed with the power and convenience of the induction "burners". They do a great job of controlling temps, although I am itching get some better control through the precision controls. Once I fully understand the precision controls, that is. It is overly complicated and not at all clear online or in the skimpy "manual" included with the unit.

No free Hestan pan

I bought this induction stove and was told to fill out rebate for free pan. They denied my submission - totally false advertising.

Great Cafe experience!!

So far our Cafe induction range has been Great!! The burners create such an even heating zone with no hot spots in the pan. And, talk about fast heating,, absolutely no comparison to our replaced gas range!! We’ve also used the oven for several meals so far and while it takes a little time to get to know it,, we are also SUPER pleased with how it operates and the GREAT results we have achieved!! So much better than using gas and its adverse health effects!! We had to wait for six months until it was in stock at our preferred store,, but the wait was well worth it!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great features and looks beautiful

BEAUTIFUL. Boiled water in about 2 minutes. Can’t wait to try the rest of the features. Wi-Fi was difficult to pair with my iPad/iPhone but we can work this out.

I think the design of my stove is great! The GUI is easy to use and and the smartHQ is awesome, especially the timer notifications.
