More than I hoped for!

I am so impressed with the induction cook top. I have used gas for many years, and decided to switch.
I am so glad that I did. The heat control is almost immediate, both higher and lower. Also, I love the clean appearance!

Great cooking and baking features

I am very happy with the features I have utilized so far with my new Cafe range/oven. Cooking and baking temperatures and controls heat consistently. I wish there was a way to display the timer when it is in use.

I do like the fact that the kitchen does not heat

I am not as happy with this as I thought I would be. Mainly because of the pot sizes you have to use. There is only 1 smaller eye for smaller pots. If the pot is not the exact size of the eye it will not cook anything. It is just the 2 of us and I do not use large pots! This is a big problem. There should be a way to fix this with the range I have! But it is not! This should be stressed at the time of purchase

We hate to hear that you’ve been less than impressed with your new cooktop due to limited pan size selection. We want to help. Induction burners are sensitive to pan size as well as type. Because of this, we recommend ensuring that your induction-capable pots and pans have a flat bottom and match the size of the surface element. The pan must also be centered inside the circles on the cooktop and make full contact with the surface. Each burner does have a minimum pan size requirement; for example, the large center burner requires a minimum 7” diameter pan. You can find more information about choosing the correct cookware on page 12 of your use and care manual, linked below.

I love how quickly the burners heat up, and how easy it is to clean. I use all the oven cooking modes. I like the convenience of the app also.

LOVE the induction top. It heats up fast , immediate off and surface even cools off fast when the pan is removed. Having the warmer site is handy and 3 size burners accommodate any pan.
The converction oven works well and the slide out shelf is great
Only drawback so far is the self clean feature. It had significant odor for several hours and left residue on the oven floor I had to scrub off. I rarely use the self clean, but did have drippings that burned on the bottom. I didn’t try the steam clean
I am looking foreword to trying the Sous Vide attachment
I cook a lot, and really appreciate having a high quality appliance. I recommend this for folks who do cook often.
