First time using Induction Range

Family is loving cooking on this range. It is attractive as well as efficient. This is my first induction range and I found it to be very easy to use. Cooking with the WiFi connection is a new and welcome experience.

Still learning, it works well with the right pan, not all induction ready pans are created equal. This should be noted when selling this item. Bottom drawer is broken

Half tushy design for the cost

The induction coils are not as wide as the decals on top of the stove as a result only the very center of your pot or pan gets hot. This results in an unevenly heated cooking surface where you have to move the food around or the food on the outside won’t get cooked as much as the food in the middle. This stove is much too expensive for this type of oversight - shame on the GE engineers who put this together. In addition only the lower over has convection and air fry. The upper over is less versatile than my toaster oven. AGAIN THIS IS MUCH TOO EXPENSIVE FOR SUCH AN OVERSIGHT- SHAME ON GE!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We want to help go over the induction cooktop and burners. When it comes induction cooking, it can be important to use the proper cookware. In order to create the magnetic field and heat the cookware, the bottom of the cookware must have some iron content. The best way to determine whether a pan will work is with a magnet. As always, some pans will work better than others, depending on the amount of magnetic material. Also, we will be forwarding your comments about the upper oven over to our product team.

best range ever

i love my cafe range my first one had a bad mother board and they replaced my whole range under the 5 year warranty and went with the all knobs this time and i love my range

I love this range!

I love this range!! I have used a gas range in the past and thought it was the best for stove top cooking. I now have a new favorite. This induction range is awesome!! I really like the warming zone element that is not induction. I also like how the range communicates with my phone. It is really nice to get a message on my phone when the oven is preheated or the timer goes off, etc. It is also really easy to keep the range top clean. I say again . . . I love this range!!
