Works Great When it Works

I selected this range due to the high reviews and wanting an induction stove that performed significantly better than other ranges. In a lot of ways, it's been great, but I've had this over a year and more recently, coincidentally after it's gone out of warranty, the burners keep turning off. It doesn't matter whether I'm only using one burner or multiple, it'll turn off on its own and then won't come back on for a while. It tends to happen more often when I'm using both the oven and the stove top. It's extremely frustrating to cook like that and there is absolutely no reason the oven and stove top should not be able to be used at the same time. For example, today I had the oven on at 325 degrees farenheit and the large burner to medium and the burner turned off on me after a while and wouldn't turn back on. This is completely unacceptable and I fully regret spending the money on this range.

Oven Quit Working After a Year!

If I could give less than one star, I would. We recently built a brand new home and ordered this beautiful range to complete our kitchen. The delivery was delayed by more than 7 months, but, despite my frustration, I accepted it due to the pandemic. We have had our stove for a little more than a year, and the oven has completely stopped working. We have tried everything to get it to work, but it won't (only the stove top is functional). To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I thought investing more in our appliances would ensure we ended up with quality products. If you're looking for a range that looks pretty but doesn't work, this is the one for you!

Cooktop goes off for no reason. No wonder they discontinued this product because it’s a piece of garbage. Why do you need a computer in an oven anyway.

To prevent this, make sure the diameter of your pot or pan is similar in size to the burner you're using. Don't use a pot that's too big or too small for the burner. Also, we recommend making sure you have full power, and your circuit breaker hasn't tripped. What were your engineers thinking???

Thought I'd finally come to the decision to purchase GE brand appliances, however after reading another review regarding GE oven doors unable to open a full 90 degrees resulting in bottom rack hitting door and preventing full extension, I returned to the showroom to double-check this claim (I couldn't believe it could be true). Sure enough, every GE 30" radiant electric range I checked (GE, Profile & Cafe) all the same...oven door only opens about 80 degrees +/- and bottom rack hits the door well before fully extending out. I tried at least a dozen showroom GE ranges and surely, they all can't be "out of adjustment". Apparently, this is simply poor design and is a "deal breaker" for me.... please tell me I'm wrong.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Stove top died after 7 days

Stove stopped working after 7 days! Called service and it before they came out it worked for one dinner. Now it’s out again. Just having the entire family over for Thanksgiving dinner. No stress, can you say air fryer.

FANTASTIC RANGE!!!!

I LOVE this range! The induction boils water so fast and controlling the heat levels are like cooking with gas! There are no fluctuations in heat at all throughout the entire cooking time like electric ranges have. I can't rave about this range enough. LOVE IT!!!!

love the induction

Cooking on induction is a step above "electric"- food turns out tasting better and with less chance of accidentally burning the bottom of a soup or stew left to simmer.
The true convection is great.
I also thought that the wifi and phone app was a gimick- but I installed it anyway and as an apple watch wearer I get a notification when my timer is up or when my oven is done preheating. This is a great feature to have as the timer is not loud (that is actually appreciated in our household) and I don't feel as though I am tied to my range when I am cooking something. I can even head out into the yard knowing I will get a notification when the timer goes off.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the induction stove top!

I am very happy with the induction range. The induction stove top is amazing! I had a radiant electric range. Induction acts just like gas - instant on and off - and you can easily adjust for the perfect setting to get the right type of simmer or boil. The settings for the oven are smart looking and easy to use.
I would recommend this to a friend!
