Super Upgrade for our kitchen!

Outstanding performance and look! The touch screen is simple and intuitive, easy to operate. The stove top is clean, diverse and at the same time, highly effective. The induction capabilities are remarkable; safer and quicker than our 6 year old gas range. The internet and Alexa capabilities are welcome and integrate with our lifestyle and needs.

Best range I have ever had!

We switched form a gas range to this induction range and couldn't be happier! In addition to cooking in an environmentally friendly way, the range cooks just as described. If you've used a gas range before and appreciate the adjustable heat and quick heating, the induction range works the same. I like the different sized elements and how only the element itself heats, without heating the whole cook top. I also appreciate that the element stops working when a pot or pan is removed-especially useful if your household includes young children. The oven is fantastic with lots of baking/roasting options. The Air Fryer option works beautifully (so glad I did not invest in a separate air fryer as I considered many times prior to buying this range!) The warming drawer with three temperature settings is a most helpful feature. The only caveat of concern is to make sure you have or are willing to purchase cookware that works with the cook top. The bottom must be magnetic (steel or iron) and flat. I tried out several brands before deciding but it was worth the effort. By the way, cast iron works beautifully! Overall, this is a fantastic range!

This is an awesome range besides being beautiful. I love the induction cook top and although I didn’t think I would like the Wi-Fi connection I’m using it quite often. I only wish the air fry temp would go low enough to dehydrate but it does evetelsr fantastic.

Ditch gas and don't look back

This range is awesome! We replaced our gas stove as part of a kitchen remodel and this range is SO much better in terms of cooking performance, ease of cleaning, and looks. I can get an excellent sear when using my cast iron pan and I love how it holds a lower temperature precisely when sauteing or simmering. It even works with my flat bottom wok. It seriously makes you feel like a professional chef. Did I mention it looks cool?
When I bought it I thought I wasn't interested in the tech capabilities, but the option for control via my phone has been quite handy. It notifies you when the oven is preheated or when your timer goes off. A big reason we chose this unit is because we like the knob controls for the cook top. They are solid and responsive and it makes adjusting power levels while cooking intuitive and easy.
It is also energy efficient-- I checked my electricity bill and I was pleasantly surprised that the range didn't cause a noticeable increase.

Well designed but user experience can be improved.

First, product can not be evaluated independent of customer service and experience. If you want to hear good feedback, please fix your guidelines for this review. I hope your product managers take it as an opportunity to improve customer experience. The delivery of the product was delayed on the last day of the scheduled delivery by weeks. It took three calls to even get a semblance of acceptable response on the delivery. It is hard to schedule other installers with changes to delivery schedule.
Second, the product is well designed. It looks good. It has worked so far-although it has been less than a month. The documentation leaves much to be desired. The documentation combines many products rather than the one we bought. So, the poor user (yours truly) is forced to wade through specifications, and options to figure out what the delivered product does. For example, it was not clear for the product I bought, when I set the dial (0-10) on the induction range, what is actually controlled by the setting of the dial. This is not rocket science. If it is actual power coupled to the cooking vessel, it should be in the manual. If there is a built-in temperature sensor to sense cooking vessel surface temperature at contact, it should say so. It the temperature sensor can be inaccurate, it should say so. It should give a way to make it work for the user. Instead the manual contains details superfluous to what the user needs - third party smart cooking ware and Apps to be installed. However, the Apps do not inform at all on the basic functioning of the cooktop. It sure makes getting hang of an induction cooktop harder than required. I suspect that many users are new to induction cooking as we were. Being an engineer I used my handy Fluke IR thermometer to see what the settings did on the cooking vessel.

Too much percussion?

Still learning to use it - it’s a change from cooking with gas my whole life! I can’t seem to find the right temperature to use - it’s either burning food or not cooking it. Such precision! Otherwise, I love the glass surface and cool touch. The install was fairly easy and instructions were helpful. The style is great - having no back is nice looking and I love that there are still knobs to use. Oven took a few times before the smell dissipated. I like the feature when a pot is removed it flashes at you and eventually turns off.

Love Induction

Our first Induction stove. We'd never go back to gas. Super fast, clean, and doesn't heat up the house. We had a cheap induction single burner "hot plate" that made an awful whine when heating clad cookware (some ferrous metal and some non-ferrous metal). That same cookware on this stove emits a very faint hum. SO much better.
