Very intuitive

This range heats up so quickly that it exceeded my expectations. If I turn on the wrong eye or don’t use an induction compatible pan it lets me know. As I turn the heat up it makes a sound so I know the temperature is higher.

Since I can’t have a gas range, this CAFE induction range is my solution. However, it turned out to be even better because it’s cleaner and beautiful! And I couldn’t love its performance more!

Using induction is a big adjustment from gas. There are many settings between high and low but the low settings seem to barely warm food. I ended up with gluey rice, for example. Also, it’s adjustment to figure out which burner to put pans on when the pans are bigger than the small rings but smaller than the big ring. And flat pans work best. The stove seems to take much on get to cook than my gas stove at the same temp. I need to experiment more with convection bake.

The (2) bridge elements works flawlessly with a Griddle; but the (2) elements can also be used independently to create 2 different heat zones under a Griddle. BRILLIANT!
Don't forget to download the Air Fryer option and hope more will be coming.

I love this range as it boils water in no time! Love how the knobs light up when burner is on. The timer beeps a 1 minute warning. The bridge element is divine. I can fully use my griddle. Food cooks much more quickly overall.
As for the oven, magnificent. The telescoping rack is very nice. My bread cooked 25% quicker. I haven’t tried the warming drawer but can’t wait to give it a whirl. It’s also a good looking appliance. Love the clean look on the back. There is nothing I dislike.
