Love it

We have only used it a couple of times but love how fast it heats up and cools down. The air fryer option works great with chicken fingers. We just bought a good set of induction cookware because the plate that adapts non induction to induction doesn’t work great. It has a very high end look to it and would definitely recommend the cafe collection.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had been testing a small, portable induction cooktop to see if I was ready for the switch. I was pleased and ready to take the plunge. Wow, this range is amazing! Cooks so fast, easy to control, and cleans up like a breeze. The oven has a fast heat air fry that is a game changer. Plus, it “talks” to my new microwave. I couldn’t be happier. I can’t wait to get my Hestan connected pan so I can really have some fun.

The range and oven are great, easy to use and no time to get used to after years of using a gas stove. It heats up quickly, is easy to clean and and has no toxic fumes. We also love the warming drawer. So glad we bought this!

LOVE my stove!

I love my stove, I had a glass top before my new induction stove, and this is way better, the heat stays even while I cook. I don’t have to keep turning it down while I cook. The warming drawer is great, I use it to rise my bread dough. Best stove I’ve ever owned!

Beautiful and Highly Functional

The obvious best feature of this range is the look. If have been looking at the white&gold Cafe line for a while, you know you like it and it is every bit as beautiful as you imagine it will be. The Matte White finish has a subtle "sparkle" to it which my wife loves.
What is great is that it is not just really good-looking, but highly functional. This is my first induction stovetop. I was interested in getting it for something more environmentally friendly and better for indoor air quality than natural gas, so induction seemed to fit the bill.
It is as responsive as I hoped it would be. It boils water very quickly and you can hear the sizzle in the pan quite almost immediately when you turn down/off a burner. I am very pleased with how it performs for cooking.
Baking has gone excellent as well. I am a big smart-home person, so I get a high level of satisfaction from being able to use my voice to preheat the oven. I also love the one sliding rack the oven comes with. The warming drawer is also very useful and is kind of a hidden feature on this thing. I have already used it a couple of times in the one month of ownership to keep food ready while I cook the rest or until guests arrive.
We have the single oven model as my wife preferred it to the double. We got the matching microwave model that has a convection oven feature which is an excellent substitute to a double oven if you want to retain maximum oven capacity while still having another oven option.
Overall, everyone who has ever come into our house loves the Cafe appliances, and so do we.

Easy to read display panel!

This range replaces our old gas cooktop with electric oven. We wanted to transition to an induction cooktop. This one does not disappoint. It’s fast, intuitive and easy to transition from gas. We love the connectivity to Alex!
