First time with induction

So happy I decided on Induction. I'm getting older, and I felt that it would be an added layer of safety in that the actual element is not heated, and only if there is a heavy enough pan on the element does the pan get hot. If I put any of my stainless pots/pans on the range without food in them, chances are the control knobs will start to flash, letting me know there's not enough weight on the element to turn the magnets on. The range top will eventually get hot, because of the pan transferring the heat to the food, but will cool down faster when the pot is removed. Bought two 8" cast iron fry pans and a cast iron dutch oven and all is well.
The conventional/convection oven is not a new concept for me. I have always enjoyed great results when doing my baking in a convection oven. Haven't used the steam cleaning function yet, as I have only used it for about 6 months. Delivery went a little sideways because of the manufacturing delays due to the pandemic. It's not a complaint, just an observation as to why I haven't cleaned my oven yet!!

lOVE THE INDUCTION!

We moved to a new house, I had a ge cafe induction double oven, decided to go with the single oven and warming drawer. Love that burners head instantly and the 3 racks in the oven.

I have had 3 induction ranges, this is by far the best control of the temp. I have had knobs and touch glass range control and I knew I wanted knobs.

Great induction stove!

Induction and oven are working great.
It arrived slightly damage but the vendor is taking care of replacing the part(gasket) that is damaged. Overall happy with our purchase

Great stove

This is the first time I have used an induction stove. It works great! The pans heat fast and when you turn down the heat things cool down quickly. Great for cooking when you bring something to a boil then need to turn it down to a simmer. The cook top doesn't get very hot so it can be cleaned right after using (before any spills are backed on)

Great oven - we love that it is all-electric, so can get rid of gas altogether. Heating is super-fast and efficient. Design and knobs and user options all very easy. Looks beautiful.
