Induction stove oven. Meh.

The induction top works great overall. For burner knobs high is very high, medium is quite high, and low is too low. The warming plate is silly and takes up space-it's useless.
The oven is what gets this stove its rating. Preheating is very inaccurate compared to temperature reading of a very reliable wireless thermometer. Once heated, the temperature can fluctuate 30-40 degrees above or below the desired set point. This happens on convection or normal bake modes.
The warming drawer. Great crumb collector.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Regarding the oven temperature fluctuations, it's important to note that gas and electric ovens naturally experience variations during the cooking cycle. Individual unit differences, influenced by factors like measurement location and room temperature, can result in fluctuations from +30 to -30 degrees. This is typical and is factored into the creation and use of recipes. However, if you believe your oven temperature is too hot or cold and wish to change it, we recommend using the Adjust Temperature setting which allows the oven temperature to be adjusted up to 35°F hotter or down to 35°F cooler. Beautiful but not worth the trouble

This stove is beautiful and also a pain. The oven touch screen half does not work and the oven door push button has been replaced 2 times. The touch screen also will go off at random times like to set the timer and no o e be around it. Has been replaced 2 times. I originally got the gas range with the double doors but had the same problems plus the touch screen. Would never turn on. I am so disappointed since this was the set I wanted now turns out to be junk. But the fridge and dishwasher I have had no problems so far

Preheat Reporting

The only issue I have with this range is the time it takes to preheat the oven and the fact that it reports it is preheated when it is not at the preset temp (e.g. at 260 degrees when set for 375 degrees) using SmartHQ
I would recommend this to a friend!

Oven Quit Working After a Year!

If I could give less than one star, I would. We recently built a brand new home and ordered this beautiful range to complete our kitchen. The delivery was delayed by more than 7 months, but, despite my frustration, I accepted it due to the pandemic. We have had our stove for a little more than a year, and the oven has completely stopped working. We have tried everything to get it to work, but it won't (only the stove top is functional). To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I thought investing more in our appliances would ensure we ended up with quality products. If you're looking for a range that looks pretty but doesn't work, this is the one for you!

Terrible

Cooktop goes off for no reason. No wonder they discontinued this product because it’s a piece of garbage. Why do you need a computer in an oven anyway.

To prevent this, make sure the diameter of your pot or pan is similar in size to the burner you're using. Don't use a pot that's too big or too small for the burner. Superb cooking

I have had this stove for three weeks now and am adjusting to induction cooking which is much faster than the electric burners I had with the previous stove. It claims to boil water within 110 seconds and I can attest to that with a pot that contained 2 cups of water. There was an initial smell from the oven after the first few times I used it which made me think I forgot to remove plastic from the inside but I think it was just "new oven smell" - not at all similar to new car smell - but it is subsiding as I use it. Recipes usually recommend heating your pans to medium high but I have found that this tends to be too high on this range and a setting just above medium works better. I'm not a fast cooker and things were heating up way too fast on a higher heat setting. The knob controls are intuitive and the buzzing sound of cool pans is normal, especially if you are using lower quality or thinner pans with stainless steel in them. The buzzing goes away as the pan heats up and is also less noticeable if you use a lower heat setting or a thicker bottomed pan. I was so happy to find out that the warming center didn't require an induction product as I often use a plate to keep food warm after cooking on the warming burner. I haven't used the app that much aside from getting alerts about oven temps and finish times. One very small annoyance is the digital screen remains off until you touch it - but when you touch it, it activates the area you touched immediately. Not knowing yet where each feature is on the touch screen, I have to cancel whatever it was I didn't want in order to start the action I did want. Overall, I have found this to be a very nice product and it is the classiest looking thing in my kitchen. Now I want to upgrade all my appliances to Cafe!

The Induction top NEVER gets dirty!!

I love everything about the stove but don’t like asking someone to look up how to use each separate thing. I want a paper manual that I can look at while using the stove. I can’t work with the stove in the kitchen when the computer is in another room not that close.
