Induction is the best!

Induction cooking with this range is effortless. A good number of burners/ sizes that are super-responsive and efficient. So easy to clean since the burners don’t actually get hot. I do sometimes bump the oven controls while I’m cooking. They are a bit over-sensitive. Otherwise my transition to induction cooking has been really easy with this range.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Induction is awesome!

Have had for 4 months and have used gas range tops always. This induction is amazing. Seruiously blown away by its ability to quickly heat up cast iron. Nice, even heat. Oven works great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We received our induction range about a month ago. There is definitely a learning curve as induction cooks different than normal electric or gas ranges. The sensitivity and ability to change cooking temperatures almost instantly is amazing and I can tell will take my cooking to another level once I figure it out. There definitely is a buzz that turns almost to a whine when two pans are lined up next to each other on the range. It is noticeable, but not to the point of irritation.
The oven has been amazing so far. It cooks evenly. Everything we have baked has come out perfect.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Cooks great, worried about some design features

The cooktop and the convection oven work great. Good control over temperature, and speed of the boil is remarkable. What I think could be better is if the cooktop was entirely the black glass surface and did not have the rubber gasket at the front. It’s constantly catching crumbs and pops up several times a week. I’ve only had the range for a month and I worry it won’t last. There is another crumb trap at the back of the cook top that I wish wasn’t there. The range is also an inch higher overall than standard counter height and the installation isn’t as streamlined as it could be.

Note: This model has a screen mesh inside the rear vent area that is designed to address concerns related to small objects/debris/crumbs falling into the vent.

Great features, more amazing function

This has to be one of the most elegant looking ranges on the market. All the smart features it brings are easy to use and controls are simple to navigate through. The app can control many of these features from your smart phone and brings peace of mind with notifications of the preheat or timer is done. The induction top allows for more even temps than a conventional electric top. The oven has plenty of space to cook up a large turkey and a temperature prob to know the inside is cooked to perfection. Every time I use it I realize something else that makes it one of the finest all electric ranges you could own. The only grievance I have it is a large investment and I really hope some of the extras you can buy come down in price.

Excited to Experience Induction Cooking

My daughter (a personal chef) had recommended induction cooking to me and when I found the Cafe Induction Range, I was sold! Definitely worth the wait! I love the "instant"
on of induction. I really appreciate being able to sync two of the top units for griddles or larger pans (we like to steam fish so this will be a plus for the larger fish). Such a beautiful update to our kitchen!

Induction cooktop is absolutely amazing!

appears to right on. Haven't used the convection feature other than to insure the fan does in fact operate. The induction burners are incredible, fast precise heat, would never want to go back to radiant or gas heat!! Purchased new induction cookware set for this range and we have yet to hear any noise what so never while cooktop is operating or between
