"Alexa, preheat the oven to 375 degrees." Being able to do that, even being able to do that in my car before I arrive home, that's a brilliant luxury. A time saver and makes all my visitors gawk in awe over the whole thing.
The oven has tons of features that, honestly, I do not use. We bake and broil like most people in the world. We also have a countertop air fryer already and (to be honest) the instructions for using the cafe advanced oven features are more like reading a glossy, unrealistic marketing brochure than a guide for people who really want to use it.
If I were looking to complain, it would be that the top grates are quite heavy and interlocked so you can't easily remove just one. That makes cleaning a bit more of a chore than it seems it should be. Having said that, I had to really think about it to produce something negative.
