A brilliantly designed camera bag, backed with the best customer service & warranty!

I've been using the small cube for almost a year now, and I am thoroughly impressed. I tried using it as a standalone bag and as an insert on my KATA Orbit messenger bag, works perfectly on both occasions. Materials are pretty durable, though I would prefer it to be a little more padded. It gives enough protection against elements even on its own, but the quick pull-away zip means there's a small gap where water ingress may occur. No problem when used as insert bag. Size is optimized for PD Travel backpack, so it's no wonder that it's a little too wide for my rucksack - but it fits just fine on my messenger bag. The shelf dividers are a godsend for prime lenses. My travel kit consists of 1 DSLR with zoom lens, 2 primes, 1 flash, 1 spare battery, and lens cleaning kit - everything fits nicely inside the small cube. After such trip, a sling loop on my cube frayed and I contacted Peak Design's customer support. The whole warranty claim process was hassle-free, without the usual convoluted, corporate, bureaucratic "limited lifetime warranty" - and 2 weeks later a brand new cube arrived safely at my doorstep. Nothing short of awesome!

Great removable storage

I travel, backpack, paddle and bike so I need to adapt my camera gear into an array of packs and bags. Storage cubes make protecting your gear simple no matter where you pack it. Solid construction, modular design, easy access on the sides lets you grab a camera without removing the cube from your pack, grab and go handles.
Very well thought out and well made. I expect to use my cubes for a long time.

The square size of the cube fits on my carry on roller and I use it when I deploy my gear.

Looks great and is really well made. I love the product, I will buy some more to have different configurations of my gear and I will just interchange them in my travel backpack based on my needs. I would only wish Peak Design would offer more types of separators options and that they could be bought separately, it would make the product even more convenient as you could personalize it further.

Strong safe and versatile camera cubes.

I use the medium and large camera cubes depending on what I need and I find they suit my purposes very well. The fact that they are removable is a real benefit for packing up and rearranging the internal space. In the field you can access things easily and safely and I always feel that the gear is tucked in safely inside the cube and protected well against the elements (and maybe the occasional wild boar!). So I can recommend these to photographers and film makers as a really efficient and effective method of carrying your gear around with you. also, even with the large cube, there is still room for your food, flask (for hot tea in my case), spare clothing and all that you need for a good day out.

Nice, snug fit

Takes some adjusting but once you get it right, this thing is awesome. Fits my Canon EOS R with a 24-105mm f/4 lens, 35mm lens, battery charger, some other accessories, and there's still some room. Great complement to the travel backpack, and it even fits nicely into a standard carry on.

Received this as a Christmas present. Amazing build quality. Great protection for my camera and lenses. I absolutely love the size. It's all great that you can use the PD straps to carry it. Fantastic, multifunctional piece of equipment. Also, it looks great.
