This bag wears and weathers exactly as Bonnee described, but the same thing happened to me with the hooks for the shoulder strap. How do you get a replacement part for that? The rest of the bag is as good as new.

This bag has stood the test of time and still looks and feels great! All of the inside looks like new, the leather wears in places that make it look like it's straight from a western oldies film. I love this bag. It was a great purchase. The only reason for less than excellent stars, the hooks have failed often since first having the bag. However, the company does send replacement parts.
