Best baby gate we’ve had

Easy to install (according to my husband). Also easy and intuitive for adults, which is not always the case for baby gates. And most importantly, very sturdy and effective for our toddler and crawling baby! Definitely recommend.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great gate until it wasn’t

This product was great, until it wasn’t. It’s been stumbled onto a few times which caused need for readjustment. Hey, not a problem, I get that. After a while I noticed we were no longer able to latch. That is when I noticed the rubber stoppers were worn through by the adjusting screws and they made large holes in the drywall. Could not fix them and can’t find replacement. The whole gate is useless now.

Not worth it

The latch becomes hard to use in a few days

So easy to install!

We are expecting our first child any day and safety was our number one concern when preparing for him! We spend the majority of our time on the second floor of our house and were thrilled to find this gate fit perfectly across the top of our staircase. It was so easy to install and only took 10 minutes. It's sturdy and easy to open. Best of all we have peace of mind once he'll start crawling around!

Won't open

The get latch is almost impossible to open on 2 of the three gates we purchased. Safety 1st is giving us the run around with the warrantee. DO NOT PURCHASE! The gates were useful for less than a month. Been fighting with the manufacture for 6 weeks now and of course have had to purchase different gates because the 14 month old needs to be kept off the stairs.

I love the green/red indicators on the latch and it really was easy to install! I am thrilled to not have to put holes in the wall to secure it in place.

Mom of a 3 year old and newborn. Love gate because 3 year old hasn't figured out how to open this one yet. Easy assembly and sturdy.
