We actually used this as a lock on our pantry. I didn't have anywhere else that I really needed it, so we pulled it taut when we installed. It lies flat against the wall and door, not used on a corner. It works amazing! No one can figure out how to open it, the decoy button works great! Great product. I'll be getting more because after installing it I did find a couple of areas that we could use it in...seeing as we just moved so I'm learning all the new places she likes to get into.

This is a great product for keeping toddlers away from where you don't want them. I'm using the product on the fridge and it is working very well so far. Very easy to install.

Even kept Grandma out!

I love that this keeps my toddler (and her friends) out of my freezer. She can't figure out how to open it, no matter how many times she pushes the button. It also kept her Grandma out of the freezer over the weekend (by accident) so the decoy button works for all ages! I do wish that it came with an extra set of stickies, in case we change our mind on the placement in the future.

JUST what we needed!!

Just moving into a brand new house with my toddler, I have been skeptical of certain safety things. I don't want to ruin anything, where it is brand new. But this defenitly came in handy, she likes to open the freezer and this fixed that !

Great for unconventional places!

Our pantry door does not latch when closed, so I thought there's no way to keep our food-loving toddler out of there. This lock is so convenient to this situation! He'll push the button all day long, and honestly has even learned how to RELOCK it if I forget, but can't undo it himself!

Finally! A deterrent that "Outsmarts" my toddler!!

I have a three year old daughter who figures out every deterrent and loves to open the bottom freezer drawer on the refrigerator. The decoy button was definitely the MVP of this product! The lock is working exactly like it should. I also love that the instructions for this lock included removal instructions (I have had others that did not contain this info). The only real downside to this lock is that it is a one-time installation since the adhesive is not replaceable (confirmed this with customer service) so if we need to move the lock we just have to start over. Luckily they are inexpensive and well worth the money!

This product was very simple to install. You could use this on your fridge or even just cabinets that do not have knobs. I love the flexibility of the product and the swivel feature is a fave. Of course, the decoy button is amazing for distraction of toddlers.
