Good little refrigerator, but noisy

I like this little fridge but it’s much noisier than I had hoped for, especially considering the price we paid.

I bought this as a surprise for my wife and she loves it! We have a counter depth refrigerator and were constantly rearranging everything in it to make things fit. This under counter fridge holds so much and the depth of the drawers holds our milk, juice, and 32 oz bottles without having to lay them down. The handles are very sturdy, the control panel is easy to use, and the soft close drawers work great. We had to remove the feet to make it fit because we didn't allow for the bullnose of our granite counter tops and it didn't scratch our wood floors sliding it in. Very happy with our purchase.

Great Solution to limited space

Wanted an under-the-counter refrigerator and Café was an attractive option. The exterior and interior finishes were excellent upon arrival. Controls are easily accessed. Excellent user's manual/instructions. Like having the small crisper in the top drawer. Takes some getting 'used to' looking down on jar lids, etc to locate desired item. Also has a 'soft close' feature on the drawers ...at least on the top drawer. My bottom drawer does not have this feature and requires a hard push to close. Quite expensive for the volume of space BUT it does fit under the counter!

Beautiful but loud

We bought this mini fridge in April during a kitchen remodel solely for its looks. While it functions fine, it was literally as expensive as the full size Samsung refrigerator we bought and it is very loud, which is disappointing considering the cost. In fact, we decided not to purchase the Cafe fridge because we were weary of the noise a full sized Cafe appliance would have after paying another premium. In the end, I would not buy this again despite its gorgeous looks. Really wish the mini fridge had given us a better impression because we were hoping to buy the Cafe package of appliances to finish out the kitchen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Keeps Beeping

The product is 2.5 years old. I have had a repair person out 2 time to fix a beeping noise. Every time they charge me a service charge to fix the same issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Since your appliance is no longer under warranty, it is protocol to have to pay for service each time a technician comes to your home despite the issue at hand. Very Convenient and Love the Extra Space

Replaced a dishwasher with this wonderful refrigerator. I was going to get a standard beverage unit, but realized that bending down to access drinks, etc. was not ideal. With this unit, everything is within easy reach. The two drawers keep items well organized and viewable (for inventory). Everyone thinks the unit is really cool too!
