Stylish big window

Love my new oven. Cooks evenly and you can see inside thru it’s large window!
If window gets splattered with food it is easy to wipe the ff when still warm.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Delighted with performance. It’s easy to use; fantastic slide out shelf (especially for heavy Dutch ovens), accurate thermometer, and easy cleanup.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent oven

I’ve owned this oven for a few weeks now and it’s a major upgrade compared to my last oven. It cooks wonderfully and the smart features are super handy in the morning when I wake up and want to preheat the oven from my phone before getting up to make breakfast. The customizable hardware is such an awesome feature and was a deciding factor in choosing this oven over others. I chose copper handles to tie the oven into the copper that I had elsewhere in my kitchen. I highly recommend this oven.

Great except for clock

I've had this oven about a month and it works great - the wifi feature is really convenient - especially when I'm running late getting home from work, however, the clock auto sets itself an hour ahead and there is no way to adjust it. At first I thought it was a time zone issue, but there is no way to choose the time zone. I'm so frustrated with it I've had to turn the idle display off completely...
I would recommend this to a friend!

We think you are on the right track in regards to the issue being the time zone. Please check your Smart HQ app and see if you have the correct time zone selected. This is usually the culprit. I love WiFi capabilities and the large on screen panel. And the steam clean feature. And the pull out bottom rack. And cooks everything perfect.

Very disappointed!

My expectation when I purchased this oven was simply that when I set the temperature to 350 degrees, that is what it would do. However, it starts off 40-50 degrees less and as we try to increase the temperature, it fluctuates and is not consistent.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
