[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like how small this unit is, while still having plenty of ports. It was also great to be able to customize how the DV ports could be used by ordering dongles for $5 each. I ended up "converting" three of the DV ports to other things (HDMI, etc.), and I am very happy with the configuration. The downside is that the computer is not very zippy. In fact, Windows 10 is downright buggy. I had a 10 year old Gateway which had somehow gotten Windows 10 on it, and Windows 10 ran better on that machine than this brand new Lenovo. It snags once in a while, and various windows have all kinds of trouble when maximized. I mean, I can't maximize any windows for fear they will freeze. This is peculiar to this machine, straight out of the box, before I installed any new software, so I don't know what the problem is.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product was dead on arrival. Lenovo, shipped a new motherboard which arrived the next business day and a tech showed up to install it.
Next I went to install an M.2 storage device and realized that Lenovo had not included the support for the M.2 port. Support shipped me the part for free and it arrived the next day.
So while there have been problems, their support is as good as it gets.
Now that the product is up and running, all is peachy.

I was looking for a smaller profile machine with sufficient power and some expansion capability. This fit the bill perfectly. It's a nice looking machine on the desktop, very quiet, and has all of the features I need. It shipped and arrived very quickly, which was better than the competition could do.

It boots up super fast and shuts down quickly even with extra antivirus and system monitoring software installed. Extremely great value for the quality of Lenovo, been using their products for 15 years.
