Good phone so far a step up from s8 . Much faster and better camera. Also, more options in camera mode. I highly recommend if you are not wanting to spend 1k or more.

I bought this couple of weeks ago, do not like the bixby features, I am 72 years old other than that, its ok, not at great as I thought it would be

Total network doesn't support several features.

This phone worked well on verizon, but on Total you cannot send group messages or pictures in texting. Huge problem when group messaging is part of your daily work. Wanted more data at a fair price, but at the cost of losing capablities and no way to fix it appears. There should be a disclaimer if you buy a samsung phone that not functions are going to work.

No 4G

I hoped this phone was faster since it had a better processor and memory. This IS not the case. It IS not 4G. It is LTE which IS slower than 4G. I tried downloading 2 apps while at work. It was very slow, even though LTE showed 4 bars of connection. My S7 was faster with 4G than this phone. Very disappointed with it.
