Very disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm on my second one. The refrigerator section stays about 41-42 degrees even at the coldest setting. The first one did the same. I appreciate the store I purchased from sending a tech and then exchanging the unit for me. So disappointed it doesn't cool to a proper temperature. Not sure what to do now.

Beautiful fridge, perfect size, but a few design issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge this week and it’s beautiful. I love the brushed silver exterior and glass shelves on the inside, but have to agree with other customers that it is a bit disproportionate and although it is slightly larger in Cubic feet than my previous fridge, it definitely has less space in the fridge. The fridge is also way lower than what I’m used to, but something I’m trying to adjust to. My biggest complaint however is the drawers. They are designed to nest into little divets in the bottom of the fridge, I’m not sure why, it’s not like they’re going to slide open on their own. But once the drawers are filled, it makes it a challenge to open the drawers, having to lift the drawer out of the divet, and then out from the fridge. Seems like poor design that you wouldn’t notice when the fridge is empty.

Perfect little fridge

How do I describe it? Quiet, classy and generous (inside)! Except for ice cream I do not consume frozen (dead) food so I have turned down the freezer section to "Cold" which keeps my pint of sorbet et al, frozen enough by moving the shelf in the freezer near the top while the lower part of the freezer is usable for coffee beans and really cold items but not freezing. The fridge area is roomy enough for large and small items. Thank you!

My only concern is there is no covering on the back where the motor is. Every refrigerator I have owned had the cardboard piece across the bottom.
