It comes in three boxes. It took me about three hours (alone) to put it together but all fits together nicely. There are no written instructions but rather sketches to follow...if you take your time, it is relatively easy. Everything works as advertised. Because of component wiring I did not install the backs on the two sides. (In the video, the red glow is because of some backlighting I have behind the unit.)

I love the look and quality of the wood , I only wish the flame would have looked a little more realistic.
