[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I love it. Two complains, it is still hot on surface after turn it off if you cook for a while. I was told that induction cooktop should stay cool/warm after cooking, but not hot. You cannot put hands on cooktop after cooking a while even it is not quite hot as radiator cooktop. Second, I never successful connected wifi. I did on my oven, but cannot connect to cooktop.
My wife tells everyone who asks she hates the unit, she can't see where to set a pot because the lines on the glass are not easy to see.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I love my Bosch appliances. We have purchased the induction cooktop, undermount fan, and the wall ovens. We have a big family and love to gather in the kitchen. The preprogramed settings work perfectly. I just realized that the Bosch pans will take you to a whole new cooking experience for they work in conjunction with your settings. I am ready to place these items in my cart! Thank you BOsch for making AMAZING appliances.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I could no longer get replacement parts for my custom made 68 year old electric cook top so I had to replace it. I originally wanted a gas hob, but after carefully researching my options, I came to realize that the most environmentally responsible solution was an induction hob.
I am not disappointed. This cooktop gives me precise temperature control, instant on/off control like a gas hob, and a single off switch for the entire top. It heats water in seconds on the boost setting.
Cleaning it is a breeze - there are no crevices, rings, burner pans or grids. When the pasta pot boils over, a tea towel quickly cleans it up with no fear of igniting the towel.
The only down side was I had to give up my French copper pots that I had collected over the years,
