A huge upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently installed this cooktop in a newly-constructed house. Our last place had a radiant electric range. This new cooktop heats up faster, is easier to clean, and looks better than the old range. The only complaint I have is that it's easy to bump the controls when cleaning the cooktop.

Induction is amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was hard for me to give up gas plus I do not enjoy cooking on traditional electric stoves which the induction cooktop looks like. But it has been amazing! I couldn't be more happy with it. I love the speed boil option. No longer al I waiting for water to boil. Temperature control is the best I've ever cooked with. Im so glad I switched.

Induction is Amazing!

Waited quite a few months for shipment of this induction cooktop as we didn't want anything else. Definitely worth the wait. Induction is the only way to go. Totally love the speed, ease of cleaning, no toxis by products from gas and actually works faster than my microwave. Such a win/win! Takes a little bit to get used to cooking using induction, but what a rewarding journey! Rather glad my older Bosch cooktop died so that we could move to the induction cooktop.

Best Cooktop ever

We went with Bosch for our dishwasher, but now we have added other Bosch appliances and they are all fantastic!

A great induction cooktop

Sleek and functional

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I LOVE my new induction cooktop. We've been using it now for about 2 months after doing a major renovation and this beauty has become the focal point of my kitchen.
We special designed our quartz countertops and cabinets to jut out slightly to create a more defined space for the cooktop to sit. It truly is a beauty and I love the borderless design which looks so sleek and modern against the white quartz.
There is a slight learning curve to induction but I love that it basically instantly boils water when jacked to high. I also love that it stops boiling as soon as you turn it off since it's induction technology and not electric.
We did have to find a decent set of pots as some pots were noisy - look up induction safe pots and pans and find something that doesn't have too many layers of metals.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Horrible cooktop

The BOSCH induction cooktop was a replacement in 2018 for a Thermidor I purchased in 2007. The BOSCH induction did not live up to its hype. First, let me say I love induction cooking and I am literally ripping out a perfectly good propane range and am replacing with induction (all six burners). BOSCH had a number of fatal flaws: first, the controls blend in too much with the cooktop, very hard to read when off. Second, the burners would continuously turn themselves off (yes, every pot and pan I own has very strong magnetic properties). The high output was minimal at best. While I know many people love the BOSCH brand, their induction performance is substandard in my opinion.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
