[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the refill pads online as the store where I bought the equipment (Walmart) doesn't sell the refills. Silly, right?! I like the product & use to ease the pain. Love the free shipping!

I Find The Pads Are Fine

My husband purchased the pain relief pro unit so while I was waiting for it to arrive I came here to read reviews and check prices. I was initially concerned about the life of the pads given the poor reviews so when my unit did arrive I tracked each use just to see how many uses I did get. 72 to be exact. 72 uses. Of course during that time span I did wash the pads with cold water only and allowed them to air dry 3 times but 72 uses is actually pretty good. I know the box says up to 150 uses (note the "up to" part) but the general consensus on reviews of other pads is anywhere from 70-100 uses is considered a good pad. If you apply the pads to clean skin, store them on their little storage doohickey and wash them in water only then you should get a good number of uses out of them too.

I bought the unit a month ago. I am happy with the unit but the gel on the pad is already
coming off. Not sure why, but having to order another set not happy about that.

not long life

I bought new unit june 15,2015. They are now "bad" on aug 10,2015. To me this is SHORT LIFE. Have had other tens units that lasted lots longer

Sorry to hear that. It really varies by individual use and care. You can purchase replacement pads for your TENS unit. To extend their life, gently wash under cold water (no more than 10 times) and air dry and place them on the pad holder when not in use.

I just can't imagine 150+ uses!

I've had this less than a week & already having issues with the pads adhering. They pads can't be purchased locally: only online so add shipping to the ridiculously overpriced replacement pads. No thanks.

No possible way to get 150 uses

Purchased the unit and was very pleased. The initial pair of pads that came with the unit lasted quite a while. Ordered the second pair in anticipation of the same. I have not used this pair 20 times and they WILL NOT STICK. Poor product....so disappointed.

Before 150x THE PRODUCT WILL WORN OUT, THE GELL WILL GO LEFT AND RIGHT, ESPECIALLY WHEN U WASH IT BECAUSE THE GLUE WILL NOT STICK IN YOUR BODY ANYMORE. I THINK 30X USED IS OK BUT NOT 150X. PLEASE DO NOT EXAGERATE WHEN YOU AD.

I bought less than a month ago used 4 times pads are junk !!! cost to much to replace will go back to using the icy hot tens unit better pads not as good unit tho
