wish the pads lasted longer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my Omron unit several years ago. Recently, I was on vacation and took it with me. It literally helped me to enjoy our flights to and from our destination, and all the sightseeing we did. Having so many settings choices helps very much too.

Doesn't hold up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It stopped working. After I spent money on new pads and put in new batteries it still won't work. All you get are 2 years and it stops working

I purchased one used it for about a year and half and loved it. Then it stopped working so i bought another same model. After i got new one home i took the new wires and plugged it into my old unit and it worked. So it wasn't the unit it was the wires. Now after 8 months of using it same thing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

longevity of pads

I've had the unit a couple months now. The unit works very well. However, there is no way one could get 150 uses on the pads. I used the pads twice and my husband used them once (after he shaved his arm), and even after he shaved his arm, the pads wouldn't stick when I used them again. I've washed the pads and will see how they adhere. Not at all impressed with the 150 use claim. Also, when I purchased new pads (very expensive), I expected it would have the plastic pad "holder" included so I could store those pads on the "holder" as well. How else can we have a set of pads for the both of us so we can use the same unit??
