Pads Suck - Big Time!

The TENS unit is great but ultimately not worth buying. The pads last but only a short time and not the 150 times the product information states. Bought two sets and both of the sets of pads lasted about two weeks and about 15 uses each. It's a fortune just to pay for the pads which ultimately end up costing way more than the unit. Save your money or try for a better bargain.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Larger Pads = More Relief

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I larger pads I ordered for my older TENS unit have made it much easier to apply relief to my hip/lower back are as well as my shoulders.
When I saw my PCP recently, he asked if I was still using my TENS -- I told him I had just taken it back out to use after a flare of sciatica. It provides much relief, and after the first of the year,I will start back to a chiro, now that my insurance supports that again.
Oh -- and the order was received in record time - 3 days. Nice job at this time of year.

Can't wear them all day when it's hot and humid

They worked well for the most part, but I had to wear them during 2 stressful weather days and pain situations. Lots of sweating eventually rendered the electronics null. today after wearing them for a couple of hours disconnected from power, I removed them and the gel separated from its backing. I had to throw them away.

Issue with gel on the pads

I purchased 6 sets of replacement pads for my units. After 3-4 uses the gel started lifting at the bottom. Omron did replace 2 sets, however they have the same lot number and dates as the bad ones. I’m afraid I have all bad sets. Tonight another pad had its get goopy after using. Love the units, original pads were great but replacement pads are not of good quality.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Relief

I've been using omron TENS for over 5 years and it is the best therapy I've had ! This is my fifth replacement pads and I probably need auto delivery.

Great machine poor pad life

This is a great machine for strains. Works much faster and better
than the conventional medicines. In my case the relief was immediate with two days to healing.

Really Good

I bought the kit with controller for my wife a number of years ago. It helped her for a little while, but she didn't really like it. Then this year I started using it for my back, I have arthritis in my back. The pads seemed not to stick as much as they used to, so I ordered new ones. Then I read how to clean the original pads & they worked better. So as yet I haven't used the new ones but I now have them.

I needed new pads. they are wonderful and durable ... i just wish they would come with a holder like the orignal product comes with.
