150 uses? That's way off base

We bought our Omran Electrotherapy unit with the long lasting pads about 1 month ago. We found the unit to be extremely underpowered even on it's highest setting you can barely feel the tingling sensation on your lower back. The most disappointing this is the "Long Life Pad". It lasted about 25 attachments. We followed the instruction to the letter. Save your money and buy a heavy duty TENS unit.

Pads bad

The pads have lasted less than 30 days, and I haven't used them more than 20 times in that period. I followed all Trouble shooting suggestions in booklet, but nothing works. The pads won't stick and the unit has minimal stimulation even after replacing batteries multiple times.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed

The pads are junk. They do not stay sticky. I washed mine as directed and now they are totally worthless. They were only used about two weeks, twice a day and the price for a new set of TWO is ridiculuous. I think the unit itself did help me but the pads are a big letdown. I will not buy replacement pads because it will only be several weeks until they would need to be replaced!

Great Relief

I am a little disappointed, I purchased my TENS unit on October 5th and just three days later one of the pads is not working properly. This unit was giving me immense relief from two pinched nerves in my lumbar region after a car accident, I am simply disappointed that I have to replace the pads already and I do not know what I am going to do for relief while I wait for the new pads to come in.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love this unit but the pads tore up after a few uses. It should come with an extra set of pads. Will probably buy a new set but once these are gone will try a different brand.

I've had they unit about 6 months. I think it works great. Never had a problem with the pads stickiness. The strength of the electrodes is very strong. I've used the unit many times because I suffer with back muscle spasms. I'm ordering new pads but the original pads are still qood, just want to have extra on hand.

Pads do not last.

The unit itself is very good and does the job well. However, the pads do not last very long. I take care of them and wash them gently after a few uses but I only get around twelve to fifteen times before their not any good anymore. This is very dissapointing and there is no way that one could get 150 uses out of them.

Great Machine when PADS stick

I have severe back pain and needed a way to manage the pain in between the physician appointments and without pain medication. I do not like taking medications. I bought the Omron Tens Unit from CVS pharmacy and it was the most amazing thing ever. It helped my back pain so much and almost instantly. However, I have bought replacement pads twice in the last 2 months and for some reason they are not staying in place. I am not aware of any product changes so I am not sure why I have had to buy new pads so frequently recently. I have tried cleaning my back with soap and water and drying it really well.I have also tried cleaning my back with alcohol pads and letting it try really well first but nothing is helping. I am disappointed because the pads were working before and now I can't get them to stay on. They cost about 20 dollars in the store for one set. I can't afford to keep buying them. Please fix the pads so they will stick better, I need your unit for my back pain. Thank you.
